Funeral services for Amy Leayn Gray, 32, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Homer United Pentecostal Church with Brother Ben Heisler and Brother Ronnie Frankens officiating. Interment will follow in the Shofner Cemetery.
Ms. Gray was born October 19, 1979 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Debra (Hawley) and Joe Lynn Gray, and died Monday, October 31, 2011 at her residence. She resided in Angelina County most of her life and was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Jadyn Peters, twin daughters, Heather and Haley Peters and son, Dylan Peters, all of Louisiana; mother and stepfather, Debra and Mike Forrest of Huntington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Trey Stokes of Lufkin and Kaela and Orrin Pinner of Huntington; brother, Case Forrest of Huntington; grandmother, Rosalee Blake of Huntington; niece, Brylee Stokes of Lufkin; nephew, Brax Pinner of Huntington; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Gray; grandparents, Faye and Arthur Gray and Jessie Hawley; and uncle, Nathan Hawley.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Gray, Larry Gray, Wayne Spears, Dustin Hawley, Cody Hawley and Michael Hawley.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Homer United Pentecostal Church.
