Kendall Dewayne Weldon

Memorial services for Kendall Dewayne Weldon, 46, of Kingwood will be held Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randall Green officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Kendall was born October 14, 1965 in Lufkin, Texas. He passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011 at his residence in Kingwood.
Kendall worked as a processing supervisor for Farmer Brothers Co. in Houston where, just as with his previous employers, his work ethic, hard work and dedication earned him much respect and admiration. Kendall was a graduate of Lufkin High School's Class of '84 and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, and had recently discovered a passion for golf. His laugh and infectious smile will be missed by all those who knew Kendall.

Survivors include his parents, Dewayne and Rebecca Weldon of Huntington and Janice Snider of Center; grandmother, Bessie ""Mamaw"" Weldon of Florien, Louisiana; brothers, Kevin Blake Weldon of Des Moines, Iowa, Kerry Weldon and wife Sharyn of Colmesneil, Doug Weldon and wife Kellett of Blue Ridge, Georgia and Aaron Rorick of Portland Oregon; loving sisters, Ava Weldon Sumners and husband Terry of Lufkin, Kristi Berry Parfait and husband Clyde of Center, Jari Weldon Swor of Lufkin, Katherine Plummer Allen and husband Jon of Draper, Utah, and Meghan Rorick of Missoula, Montana; nieces, Sarah and Ashley Weldon and Lauren Sumners; nephew, Christopher Sumners; and a host of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Kendall also leaves behind his very special ""man's best friend"", Brock!

Honorary pallbearers will be the Lufkin High School Class of '84.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home.
