Margaret Carroll Willmon Modisette

Funeral services for Margaret Carroll Willmon Modisette, 52, of Pollok will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Parks Cemetery.

Mrs. Modisette was born December 25, 1958 in Houston, Texas to Billie Jo (Robinson) Willmon and the late Wiley Carroll Willmon, and died Saturday, December 10, 2011 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Modisette was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a graduate of Lufkin High School, Class of 1977, and soon after became a lifelong resident of Pollok, Texas.

Mrs. Modisette was employed with Central ISD in Pollok, Texas for 15 years as a substitute teacher and bus monitor for her special needs children. Her hard work and dedication earned her much respect and admiration from her students, family, friends, and anyone she met.

Survivors include her husband, Kenny D. Modisette, Sr. of Pollok; daughter and son-in-law, Carroll and Hans Hoose of Pollok; son, Kenny D. Modisette, Jr. of Pollok; granddaughters, Erin Hoose and Maddison Hoose of Pollok; mother, Billie Jo Willmon of Diboll; sisters and brothers-in-law, Leann Willmon, Freddie Ballard, both of Lufkin, Brenda and Terry German of Trinity, Andra and Johan Terburgh of Tyler and Maxine Willmon of Lufkin; nieces, Natasha Lovelady of Houston and Olivia Terburgh of Tyler; nephews, Adrian Ballard of Diboll and Simon Terburgh of Tyler; and a host of special friends and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wiley Carroll Willmon; mother-in-law, Barbara Helen Modisette; and nephew, Infant Terburgh.

Pallbearers will be Kenny D. Modisette, Sr., Kenny D. Modisette, Jr., Ronnie Modisette, Charles Allen, Paul Gene Crawford and Chris Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers will be Clayton Carroll Richardson, Allen Brian Turner, Donnie Taylor, Frank Fredregill, Freddie Ballard, Terry German, Justin Plopper and Davey Dale Allen.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
