Funeral services for Blanche Geraldine Tindle, 90, of Lufkin will be held Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park with Reverend Stephen Lantis officiating. Interment will follow the services.
Mrs. Tindle was born August 5, 1921 in Maxwell, New Mexico to the late Viola (Armstrong) and Ernest Dellinger, and died Thursday, January 19 2012 in a local hospital. She was a longtime resident of Lufkin.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sondra and Michael K. Bennett of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Diane Tindle of Lufkin; grandchildren, Paige Widner of Kingwood, Michael Bennett, Jr. and Blake Tindle, both of Lufkin; great-grandchildren, Jameson Widner, Myles Widner, both of Kingwood and Mckenze Bennett of Lufkin; brothers, Bob and Nicky; sisters, Janice, Carol and Betty; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tindle was preceded in death by her husband, R.T. Tindle.
