Helen Quesada Day

Memorial services for Helen Quesada Day, 78, of Port Arthur will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Church of God in Port Arthur. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Ms. Day was born April 27, 1933 in Portage, Pennsylvania to the late Leonard and Refugia Quesada. She passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 at her residence. A native of Welch, West Virginia, Ms. Day was a resident of southeast Texas for 38 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Oran Day and wife Rita of Bridge City and Dewey Day and wife Angel of Huntington; daughter, April Day of Nederland; and five grandchildren, Brett Day, Tory Hebert, Caleb Day, Taylor Day and Regan Day.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Helen's name to the First Church of God, 3800 Jimmy Johnson Blvd., Port Arthur, Texas 77642.
