Phierson Abel Offer-Hall, infant son of Dawna Jo Ann Offer and Kenneth Wayne Hall, Jr. of Huntington, was born and died Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

In addition to his parents, Phierson is survived by his grandparents, Harvey and Stephanie Offer of Huntington, Mark Hamilton and Cindy Ramirez-Hamilton, both of Floresville.
