Ruth Marshall Parker

Graveside services for Ruth Marshall Parker, 81, of Lufkin, will be held Sunday, April 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilmer City Cemetery in Gilmer, Texas with Dr. Steve Samples officiating.
Mrs. Parker was born February 11, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to the late Nell (Norris) and Thomas E. Marshall. She died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Parker was retired from the Quality Control Department of MHMR of Texas following more than 30 years of service. She was of the Episcopalian faith.
Survivors include her son, Frank Parker of Enid, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Leslee J. Parker of Enid, Oklahoma; and brother, Tom Marshall of South Carolina.
