Elsie J. Latham Pressley

Funeral services for Elsie J. Latham Pressley, 74, of Seagoville will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sims (Rocky Hill) Cemetery.

Elsie J. Latham Pressley was born August 19, 1937 in Lufkin, Texas to Bennie and Florella (Baron) Latham, and died Sunday, May 6, 2012 in a Dallas hospital. A former resident of Lufkin, she had resided in Seagoville for 24 years. She was a homemaker and attended the Word of Life Church.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Curtis Ray Pressley of Seagoville; sons and daughters-in-law, Rickey and Nita Pressley of Huntington and Randy and Susan Pressley of Hudson; daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Garland Thompson of Diboll, Renea Bynum Pressley of Seagoville and Racheal and Adam Lapino of Flower Mound; grandchildren, Greggory Thompson and wife Kristi of Diboll, April Pressley of Alaska, Nathaneal Thompson and wife Sarah of Diboll, Dustin Pressley and wife Barbara of Hudson, Adam Thompson of Diboll, Krystella Pressley of College Station, Stormi Pressley of Hudson, Jeremy Bynum of Dallas, Chaz Wilson of Denton, Shelby Wilson and Colton Wilson, both of Flower Mound; great-grandchildren, Emily Thompson, Logan Thompson, Kaitlyn Thompson, Hannah Thompson, and Natalie Thompson; only brother, Bennie Latham of Burke; sister-in-law, Daphine Beckham of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Greggory Thompson, Nathaneal Thompson, Adam Thompson, Dustin Pressley, Chaz Wilson and Jeremy Bynum.

Honorary pallbearer will be Chris May.
