Paul Robert Price

Memorial services for Paul Robert Price, 60, of Diboll will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Jubilee Baptist Church in Diboll with Brother Tommy Forse officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Paul was born December 31, 1951 in Houston, Texas to the late Artie Mae (Keller) and Joe Ed Price. He died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his residence. Paul was a former resident of Kirbyville, Texas, and had lived in Diboll for the past 7 years. He was a retired painter. Paul was a very generous man who loved to give instead of receive. In a journal that was found, he had written about how much he had grown to love the Lord and how blessed he was. Paul was a member of Jubilee Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Followell of New Caney; two grandsons, Bryan Followell and Cory Followell; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ellazine and Bill Holt, Ann Smith, Louise Orr, all of Jasper, Bonnie Morgan, Eva and Dwain Fairchild, all of Diboll, Marilyn and Marvin Gooch of Newton, and Carolyn Springfield of Diboll; brother and sister-in-law, Joe Ed, Jr., and Diane Price of Cypress; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was also loved by his church family at Jubilee Baptist Church.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Belinda Price; and brothers, Joe Donald Price, James Price, Allen Price, Dois Ansley, and David Wayne Price.
