Ettie Marie Mccollum

Funeral services for Ettie Marie McCollum, 93, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Keith Jones and Jim McDonald officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4:30 p.m. in The Colony Cemetery in Alba, Texas.

Mrs. McCollum was born March 6, 1919 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Johnny and Cleo (Albritton) Stubblefield, and died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at her residence. She was a member of the Loop 287 Church of Christ.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Charlie and Deb McCollum and Byron and Ellen McCollum, all of Dallas; daughters and sons-in-law, Lenora and Charlie McLain of Lufkin and Barbara and C.B. Luce of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Jesse Nell Davis of Dallas.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. McCollum was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond McCollum; and brothers, Hubert Stubblefield and Roy Stubblefield.

Pallbearers will be Dan Eddins, John David Eddins, Dick Stubblefield, Jamie Pickle, Philip McLain, Matt McCollum, Bobby McKee and Aaron Lasater.
