Marceile Schuller Lowery

Memorial services for Marceile Schuller Lowery, 95, of Lufkin will be held Friday, August 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park with Reverend Andy Salagaj and Sister Ann Lewis officiating. A private committal will be held prior to the services.

Marceile Ruth Lowery was born January 9, 1917 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Perry and Nancy (Davis) Malone, and died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her residence. She was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and a member of the Lufkin First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn (Schuller) and Don Dale of Beaumont and Martha (Schuller) and Mike Kartye of Lufkin; grandchildren and their spouses, Steve and Terasa Schuller, Kathy (Schuller) DeYoung, David and Taeva Schuller, Debbie and Ming Liu, Sherry and Cecil Roy, Nancy Ochoa, Jason and Melinda Kartye, Brent and Heather Kartye, Mia and Tracy LaRock, Nina and Brad Williams, Angela and Brent Tubbs, and Julie Lewis; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jean Schuller of Houston; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Grady Wayne and Helen Lowery and Robert and Janie Lowery, all of Lufkin; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lowery was preceded in death by her husbands, C.J. ""Dude"" Schuller and Grady Lowery, Sr.; son, Perry Schuller; brother, Maurice Malone; and sister, Joyce Moore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Kartye, Brent Kartye, Steve Schuller, David Schuller, Rodney Moore, and Harrell Moore.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Carroway Funeral Home.
