Funeral services for Kevin ""Bubba"" Bentley, 40, of Lufkin will be held Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Huntington First Assembly of God Church with Brother Kenneth Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow in the Berry Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the church, prior to the services.

Mr. Bentley was born September 1, 1972 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Thursday, December 20, 2012 in a local hospital. He was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and was employed with Strickland Plumbing.

Survivors include his wife, Kendra Bentley of Lufkin; son, Mason Bentley of Lufkin; mother and stepfather, Carol Ann and Irvin Russell of Lufkin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jo Anne Davidson of Lufkin, Rhonda and Michael Shivers, Kerri and Brandon Sanford, all of Diboll; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Bentley.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Armstrong, Cory Armstrong, Johnny Davidson, Jr., Sean Wittman, Jesse Davidson, Johnny Davidson, David Mettlen and Danny Elliott.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the church, prior to the services.
