Harold Lee Westbrook

Funeral services for Harold Lee Westbrook, 94, of Pollok will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the Grace Baptist Church with Brother Charlie Wisdom, Brother Elton Musick and Brother Steve Cowart officiating. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery.

Mr. Westbrook was born October 5, 1916 in Angelina County, Texas to the late Lena (Fenley) and Leslie Westbrook, and died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Westbrook was a lifetime resident of the Clawson and Central Communities. He retired from Lufkin Industries following 42 years of service as a welding foreman. Mr. Westbrook was a charter member and deacon at Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Gwyn Westbrook and Bob and Linda Westbrook, all of Pollok; grandchildren, Kevin and Leslie Westbrook, Roy and Hila Westbrook, Kelli and Bud Boles and Amy Westbrook; great-grandchildren, Rory and Celie Westbrook, Ryan and Reid Westbrook, Colton and Katelyn Boles, Kris Love and Dustin Segrest; great-great-grandchildren, Josie and Gunnar; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Earl Hutson of Diboll; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Westbrook was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Westbrook; brother, James Westbrook; and sister, Frances Westbrook.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Westbrook, Roy Westbrook, Rory Westbrook, Ryan Westbrook, Reid Westbrook, Bud Boles, Colton Boles and Earl Hutson.
