Gunnar Bentley Westbrook

Funeral services for Gunnar Bentley Westbrook, infant son of Rory Westbrook and Stefani Mujica of Lufkin, will be held Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the O'Quinn Baptist Church with Brother Chris George officiating. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery.

Gunnar was born August 26, 2010, in Nacogdoches, Texas and he passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 in a Shreveport hospital.

In addition to his parents, Gunnar is survived by sisters, Cassidy and Madeline Hernandez of Lufkin; maternal grandparents, Arthur and Juanita Mujica of Lufkin; paternal grandparents, Kevin and Lesie Westbrook of Lufkin, Dondra Beard of Pollok; aunt, Celie Westbrook of Pollok, cousin, Josie Weeks of Pollok; uncles, Vic and Johnathan Mujica of Lufkin; paternal great grandparents, Michael and Gwyn Westbrook of Pollok, Don and Melba Beard of Crockett; maternal great grandparents, Hector Guerrero and Bertha Moreno of Hudson; and paternal great-great grandmother, Mary Ellen Heaton of Pollok.

Gunnar was preceded in death by his great-great grandfather, C.T. Heaton, and great-great grandparents, H.L. and Dorothy Westbrook.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Westbrook and Arthur Mujica.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an account established in Gunnar's name at the Central/Idlewood Branch of Huntington State Bank, 3592 North Highway 69, Lufkin, Texas 75904.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
