Services for Brian Scott Kammer, 45, of Lufkin, will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. at the Carroway Funeral Home in Lufkin with Reverend Vic Bass officiating. Burial will be in Dayton, Ohio, at a later date.
Mr. Kammer was born July 2, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio. He died Sunday, July 18, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. Kammer had been employed as a Class A Machinist for Lufkin Industries for the past six years. He was a member of Faith Family Church. Previously a longtime resident of Dayton, Ohio, Mr. Kammer had resided in Lufkin for the past six years.
Survivors include his parents, Linda and Robert Kammer of Dayton, Ohio; his children, Briana, Brandon, Angel, Ashton and Abigail Kammer; brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Kelly Kammer of Dayton; sister, Tia Kammer of Dayton; grandmother, Betty Kammer of Dayton; mother of Angel, Ashton and Abigail, Heather Friberg of Lufkin; and girlfriend, Tempest Gilbert and her daughter Ella, both of Lufkin.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Britteny Kammer; granddaughter, Baby Bella; and grandfather, Avner Kammer.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
