Ellen Ann Dupree

Graveside services for Ellen Ann DuPree, 75, of Lufkin will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. in the Hillcrest Cemetery with Pastor Mark Livingston officiating.

Ms. DuPree was born January 23, 1936, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Theo (Squyres) and Earl Davis. She died Friday, April 15, 2011 at her residence.

Ms. DuPree was a homemaker and a beloved mother and grandmother. She was a 1954 graduate of Lufkin High School, and had resided in Lufkin all her life. She was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. DuPree is survived by her three sons, Richard Dale DuPree of Guatemala, Randy DuPree and fiancee, Brandi, and Ronnie DuPree and wife, Melinda, all of Lufkin; grandchildren, Tai DuPree, Mei DuPree, both of Guatemala, Chase DuPree and fiancee, Meghan Havard, Dustin DuPree and wife, Ashley, Randall DuPree, Darwood DuPree, Ty Oliver, and Brett Oliver, all of Lufkin; great granddaughter, Lilly Ann DuPree of Lufkin; and sister and brother-in-law, Georgia and Don Balch of Lufkin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Earl Davis, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Chase DuPree, Randall DuPree, Darwood DuPree and Dustin DuPree.
