Charlcie Mae Perkins Crawford

Funeral services for Charlcie Mae Perkins Crawford, 60, of Zavalla, will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Brother Jessie Brecheen officiating. Interment will follow in the Jonesville Cemetery.

Mrs. Crawford was born August 1, 1950, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Nellie (Haskins) and Charlie Perkins. She died Saturday, March 12, 2011 in Zavalla.

Mrs. Crawford was a homemaker and a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, going to the kids' ballgames, and Sunday morning breakfasts. Mrs. Crawford had lived in Angelina County all her life.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Grenetta Ross of Zavalla; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Ricky Marshall of Zavalla; grandchildren, Zack Moore, Amanda Rye, Jennifer Olds, Kailei Marshall, Mercedes Crawford, Carrie Crawford, Gregory L. Ross, Jr., Grady L. Ross, Gary L. Ross, Crystal Cothran and Cody Wade; great grandchildren, Christopher Wade, Draven Olds, Kaige Moore, Layla Moore, Emma Rye and Graden Ross; brother, Bill Perkins; sisters, Wanda Hebert and Floranell Durham; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crawford was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth ""Bull"" Crawford; brother, John Lewis Perkins; and sister, Sybil Walker.

Pallbearers will be Grady Ross, Gary Ross, Zack Moore, Rory Dale Perkins, Delton Billeaudeau and Alex Calhoun.

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home in Huntington.
