Deborah Trapp

Funeral services for Deborah Trapp, 47, of Lufkin will be held Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother D.R. McNaughton officiating. Interment will follow in the Wallace Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Trapp was born June 2, 1963 in Lufkin, Texas to Norma (Davis) and David Glawson, and died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in a local hospital. She was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and a member of the Harbor Light Church.

The family extends special
thanks to the Harbor Light Church family, special thanks to Brother D.R. McNaughton and Johnnie Mettlen for their trips to M.D. Anderson, and special thanks to Ruby Mettlen for her care. Mrs. Trapp loved her family and grandchildren. She loved life and loved going to church.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas Lee and Malinda Trapp and Joshua Braden Trapp, all of Lufkin; granddaughter, Heaven Grace Trapp of Louisiana; grandsons, Braden Lee Trapp of Louisiana and Landan Alexzander Trapp of Lufkin; parents, David and Norma Glawson of Wells; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark and Tina Glawson, Thomas and Sherry Glawson, Phillip and Judy Glawson, Virgil and Jennifer Glawson, all of Lufkin and Derrick and Amie Glawson of Wells; sisters and brother-in-law, Deana and Lino Acevedo of Wells and Becky ""BooBoo"" Landers of Lufkin; special friend, Lesa Fowler of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Cochran; and brother-in-law, James Landers.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Trapp, Josh Trapp, Phillip Glawson, Thomas Glawson, Aaron Landers and Johnnie Mettlen.

Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Landers, Jimmie Berry and Cory Norris.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Harbor Light Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 152053, Lufkin, Texas 75915.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
