Silvia Deltoro Montalvo

Mass of Christian Burial for Silvia DelToro Montalvo, 53, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Joe Kannampuzha and Deacon Gary Trevieo officiating. Interment will follow in the Largent Cemetery.
Mrs. Montalvo was born March 15, 1957 in Barroteran, Coahuila, Mexico to the late Loretto (Duran) and Hermenejildo DelToro, and died Monday, May 3, 2010 at her residence. She had resided in Lufkin for 19 years and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Martin Montalvo Diaz of Lufkin; daughters and sons-in-law, Leticia and Ivan Gallegos of Jacksonville and Bertha and Miguel Arellano of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Martin H. and Ivonne Montalvo of Lufkin; grandsons, Ivan N. Gallegos of Jacksonville, Juan D. Urbina, Martin H. Montalvo, Jr. and J.C. Montalvo, all of Lufkin; granddaughters, Mia I. Gallegos of Jacksonville, Bianca I. Urbina, Josalyn P. Urbina and Analiz I. Montalvo, all of Lufkin; sister, Beatriz DelToro of Lufkin; brother, Enrique DelToro of Mexico; and a number of nieces, nephews and loved ones.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Montalvo was preceded in death by her sisters, Bertha Ramos and Rosario Guerrero.
Pallbearers will be Martin Montalvo, Martin H. Montalvo, Ivan Gallegos, Juan Ramos, Joel Perez and Ricardo Montalvo.
Honorary pallbearers will be Enrique DelToro and J.R. Montelongo.
