David M. Dugat

Funeral services for David M. Dugat, 50, of Lufkin will be held Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Huntington Oddfellows Cemetery.
Mr. Dugat was born October 30, 1959 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Frankie (Truss) and James Dugat, and died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at his residence. He resided in Lufkin most of his life. Mr. Dugat was the owner of Dugat's Auto Repair. He loved his work.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Dugat of Lufkin; sons, Stephen of Lufkin, Dustin of Huntington and Kaleb of Pollok; daughter, Ashley of Diboll; two grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, James W. Dugat, Jr. of Freeport, Rob and Connie Bridges, Ronald Kirkland, Randy and Cynthia Kirkland, all of Lufkin, Larry and LaNell Dugat of Segno, Gary Dugat and Mack and Loraine Dugat, all of Lufkin; sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Robert Johnson of Huntington; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Dugat was preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Dugat.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Henson, Jerry Mike Watson, Chris Brown, Charles Dunn, Otis Horace and Bobby Bailey.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Johnson, Timmy Johnson, Aaron Johnson and Ryan Dugat.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
