Marilynn Frances Page

Memorial services for Marilynn Frances Greene Page of Lufkin will be held Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church on FM 842 with Brother Keith Woolf officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Marilynn was born in Lufkin, Texas on November 30, 1923, the daughter of the late W.O. and Doris Greene, and passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at her residence at the age of 87.

Marilynn worked for the Social Security Administration for 27 years, retiring in 1989. She had a passion for plants and flowers, especially Hibiscus, and was known by many as ""Mama Page"".

She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Mack) and daughter-in-law Lissa Page; her daughter, Jill and son-in-law Tom Berry; special niece, Teresa Page; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Marilynn was preceded in death by her son, George Oliver Page.

The family requests that all donations in Marilynn's name be made to Hospice in the Pines, 116 South Raguet Street, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
