In addition to his parents, Dub was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sol and Molly Burkhart and Steve and Ora Evans; and parents-in-law, Tom and Rosie Montes.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Montes, Anthony Montes, Bob Rice, Terry Burkhart-Shuck, Gary Houchen and Bill Gage.

Honorary pallbearer will be Randy Carlisle.
