Amanda Michelle Valadez

Mass of Christian Burial for Amanda Michelle Valadez, 28, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Paul G. Rainville, Celebrant officiating. Interment will follow in the Berry Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel.
Miss Valadez was born January 29, 1982 in Houston, Texas to Charlene (Foley) and the late Fernando Valadez, and died Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in a Dallas hospital. She resided in Lufkin most of her life and was a homemaker. Miss Valadez was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her son, Connor Patrick Valadez of Moffett; partner, Dan Donovan of Moffett; parents, Charlene and Tony Spivey of Moffett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Fernando Patrick and Summer LeAnne Valadez of Keller and Aaron Anthony and Misty Lynn Spivey of DeRidder, Louisiana; sister, Caitlin Ann Spivey of Moffett; grandparents, Alicia Valadez of Houston, Ronald and Bobbie Spivey and Joyce and Curtis Young, all of DeRidder, Louisiana; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Fernando Patrick Valadez, Dan Donovan, Jason Holcomb, Noe Castellanos, Aaron Anthony Spivey and Johnny Davidson.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
