Robert Lynn Swindle

Robert Lynn Swindle, 65, died of heart failure on Monday evening April 4, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, Texas February 14, 1957.

From 1973 to 1982 he worked with his father at the family Volkswagen/Audi dealership in Lufkin, Texas. He then moved to California and worked in several dealerships in the L.A. area and retired from Import Auto in Temecula, CA.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Bob L. Swindle.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Swindle; sister, Libby and brother, Perry. Also from the Lufkin area, nephew, Michael Wojasinski; and nieces, Laura Eppley and Katie Garrison.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

The family will have a private burial this week.
