Pastor Kenneth Reynolds

Funeral services for Pastor Kenneth Reynolds, 47, of Lufkin will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Clawson Assembly of God with Brother Dennis Land, Pastor Kevin Poage, and Pastor Josh Poage officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Pastor Reynolds was born April 30, 1970 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Elaine (Snyder) and Jerry Lynn Reynolds, Sr., and died Monday, May 22, 2017 in a local hospital.

Pastor Reynolds had resided in Lufkin most of his life. He loved his work in construction and was also an ordained minister. Pastor Reynolds had served as an assistant minister at Clawson Assembly of God for more than 10 years. He did a lot of community outreach, and loved helping people. He was a Board Leader with CHRIST Ministries and had helped many.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Reynolds of Lufkin; daughter, Ashley Wise and husband Nick of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; sons, Kenneth Wayne Reynolds, Jr. of Jasper, Austin Suede Reynolds and wife Brittany, Draven Ellis Reynolds and wife Cheyenne, all of Lufkin; stepson, Tristyn Zanye Barton of College Station; stepdaughter, Hope Rene Burpo of Richmond; six grandchildren; brother, Jerry Lynn Reynolds, Jr. of Kirbyville; stepbrother, Rev. Gary Redd of Dallas; parents-in-law, Norman and Shelly Marriott of Lufkin; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Michelle Marie Reynolds.

Pallbearers will be Mike Gray, Matt Todd, Jerry Reynolds, Kevin Saenz, Warren Joslin, and Justin Reynolds.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Clawson Assembly of God.
