Joyce Marie Stanley

Funeral services for Joyce Marie Stanley, 75, of Zavalla will be held Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Shawnee Church of Jesus Christ with Brother Cary Modisett officiating. Visitation for friends and family will begin at 11:00 a.m., with services at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in the Dunk Havard cemetery in the Saron Community of Zavalla.

Marie was born March 18, 1940 in Lufkin, Texas to loving parents, Friney (Fridell) and David Levi Hollingsworth, and died Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Tammy Joyce and Phillip Howell of Belleair Beach, Florida and Candace Marie Stanley of Austin, Texas; son, James Stanley, Jr. and Brandy of Huntington, Texas; grandson, Dachie Levi Horton; granddaughter, Tannah Alexandra Howell; great-granddaughters, Lexi Marie Horton, Anna Skye Horton, and Kaylee Elizabeth Horton; great-grandson, Aaron Goodwin; sister, Ava Chambers; nephews, Jonathan Chambers, Timothy Chambers, and Ricky Hollingsworth; niece Dawn Deal; sister-in-law, Millie Hollingsworth; and special friend, Truitt Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Stanley, Sr.; brothers, Kenneth, Vernice, and R.E Hollingsworth; sister, Norma Jean Hollingsworth.
