Marcos J. Elizondo

Funeral services for Marcos J. Elizondo, 35, of Hudson, will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Iglesia Cristiana Bautista, with Reverend Marcos Elizondo and Reverend Javier Elizondo officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
Mr. Elizondo was born in Munster, Texas on September 26, 1979 to Marcos Elizondo and Maria Raquel Sifuentes, and died Sunday, December 14, 2014 in a local hospital.
Mr. Elizondo lived in Hudson for 19 years and had worked as a car salesman.
Survivors include his parents; daughter Averie Jordyn Elizondo of Kennard; brother, Josue Elizondo of Lufkin; grandmother, Julia Saez of Rio Grande City; uncles, Javier and wife Sandee Elizondo of San Antonio, Alberto and wife, Lily Elizondo and uncle, Joel Elizondo, all of Rio Grande City; aunts, Yolanda Elizondo of San Antonio and Elizabeth Elizondo of Mexico and Francisca Elizondo Victoria, Mexico; numerous cousins and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Alex Forney, Robert Forney, Toby Derrow, Alberto Ibarra, Beamon Snider and Ruby Salaiz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Iglesia Cristiana Bautista for the Elizondo family, 2207 East Lufkin Avenue, Lufkin, Texas 75901.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening at the church.
